Most shops are up and running in under 10 minutes. Sign up, choose your shop type, review the starter menu we load for you, set your pickup times, and share your link. That's it.

No. Photos are optional. Many shops list items by name and price, and customers are happy with that. You can always add photos later if you want to.

Yes. Every item has a notes field where customers can request specifics — things like "no onion", "extra sauce", "butterflied", or "bone in". You'll see these instructions clearly on each order.

Absolutely. You set which days and time slots are available for collection. You can limit how many orders per slot, block out holidays, and change your schedule anytime from the dashboard.

Delivery apps charge 25–35% commission per order and own the customer relationship. Order57 charges zero commission — your customers order directly from you, you keep the margin, and you own the customer data. Delivery apps are great for finding new customers. Direct ordering is better for serving your regulars. Most successful shops use both.

No. If you've got a phone, tablet, or computer with a web browser, you're ready. Your existing Wi-Fi or mobile data is all you need. If you already have an Uber Eats tablet that isn't locked to kiosk mode, you can use that too.

Yes. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees. If Order57 isn't right for you, cancel whenever you like. Your data remains available for you to export.

Yes. You can run time-limited specials with before/after pricing — customers see them highlighted at the top of your menu. You can also bundle products into packs with either calculated or custom pricing.

Yes. When you choose your shop type during signup, we load a ready-made menu for your industry — complete with categories and products. You just adjust prices and items to suit your shop.

Yes. You can add blackout dates for holidays or days off, and create temporary overrides to change your hours for a single day — all from your dashboard.

Not yet. Order57 is focused on ordering — customers pay when they pick up. We plan to add optional online payment processing in a future update, but right now the service handles the ordering side only.

Yes. Your shop data, product information, and customer details are stored securely in Australia. We don't sell or share your data with anyone. We only use it to provide the Order57 service to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

No. You pay the shop directly when you pick up your order. There are no platform fees, service charges, or hidden costs added to your order.

No. Order57 is pickup-only ordering. There's no delivery, no drivers, and no commissions taken from the shop. It's a simpler way to order ahead from local businesses.

Only what's needed to place and repeat orders: your email address, name, and order history. We don't sell or share your data, and we don't send marketing emails.

Yes. Tap the heart icon on any shop to save it. Your favourites appear in the Favourites tab on the discover page and in your account.

Yes. Every past order has a reorder button. It loads your previous items into the cart — adjust if you want, or submit as-is.
